Invenergy is North America’s largest independent wind power generation company. Emily N. Brown consulted with IA Interior Architects on all wayfinding and environmental graphics. Wayfinding and graphics were approached as an opportunity to physically reinforce the Invenergy brand. Frosted film and brand words were applied to glass which depicts fog rising in the morning. Emily N. Brown developed graphic icons in Wind, Solar, Natural Gas and Storage. These icons are on distraction film, Story of Invenrgy and on the four coordinates in the space. Color-coded printer station doubles as wayfinding and an “energy node.” Project boards were designed on removable panels direct to print on plex. A map wall was design to showcase all the Invenergy projects. Graphic icon stickers are placed on the map to showcase Invenergy’s projects and office locations. The cafe area wallcovering was designed with bright bold graphics icons, quotes and words about wind, solar, natural gas and storage. The control center entry glass showcases words that represent formulas, risk measurements and trading language. A zig-zag wall was designed with custom wallcovering with plex mounted on top for Invenrgy’s history time line. Emily N. Brown also designed a custom ADA signage package for Invenergy.
